Thank you for joining us for The Space Between, a one-day gathering designed to create space for reflection, connection, conversation, music, and renewed perspective.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Registration

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the experience. Registration may not be shared, resold, or transferred without prior approval from the event organizers.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled on or before July 31 will receive a full refund.

Beginning August 1, registrations become non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another guest, subject to approval by the organizers.

Event Changes

While every effort will be made to deliver the event as described, the organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, presenters, activities, food and beverage offerings, or other event details as circumstances require.

In the unlikely event that the gathering must be canceled, registered guests will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. The organizers are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses.

Assumption of Responsibility

The Space Between takes place on a private estate in the hills north of Camas, Washington. Guests are responsible for conducting themselves safely and respectfully throughout the event.

Additional event participation documents, including a liability waiver and participant agreement, may be required prior to attendance.

Food, Beverage, and Alcohol

Food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, may be served during the event. Guests are responsible for making informed decisions regarding consumption and for arranging safe transportation if needed.

Photography and Video

Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured during the event for future promotional, educational, and marketing purposes related to The Space Between and Cool Change Life Design LLC.

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials unless you notify the organizers in writing before the event.

Community Expectations

The Space Between is built upon curiosity, kindness, mutual respect, and meaningful conversation. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the gathering.
